What To Expect:

This Intro to Climb trip at Crags Against Humanity introduces participants to outdoor rock climbing in a scenic Mount Lemmon setting. After a short hike to the crag, participants will learn the basics of climbing movement, knot tying, and belay skills while climbing on top-rope routes with guidance from trip leaders.

The rock is granite, and the area offers cooler mountain temperatures and forested views. No prior climbing experience is required. Closed-toe shoes are required, and participants should bring water, snacks, and layers for changing weather. Helmets and all technical climbing gear will be provided. Cell service is limited, and participants should be ready for an active, supportive outdoor experience.

Location:

Outdoor Recreation has its own dedicated entrance at South Rec on 7th Street.
